My family is paramount

  I enjoy my work but am looking forward to retirement

  I love my home where the family have lived for 20    years

  I like to cook and have a vast collection of cookery books which I pore over

  My preferred exercise is walking, coastal and moors in particular

  I read every day but require absolute quiet for anything more than magazine articles, newspapers or recipe books

  I don’t choose to watch TV soaps but have been an avid fan of The Archers on BBC Radio 4 for nearly 50 years

I find knitting and sewing relaxing

  Every year I resolve to spend less money, waste less time and eat more healthily
